2015 World Championship Deck -Jacob Van Wagner (HonorStoise)

Experience a World Championship-winning strategy with the Pokémon TCG: 2015 World Championships Deck – Jacob Van Wagner: HonorStoise!

This special commemorative deck is a card-for-card recreation of the deck used by Jacob Van Wagner to win the Masters Division at the 2015 Pokémon Trading Card Game World Championships.

HonorStoise is built around the powerful combination of Blastoise and Keldeo-EX. Using Archie's Ace in the Hole and a variety of discard effects, the deck can quickly bring Blastoise into play without needing to evolve it normally.

Once Blastoise is on the Bench, its Deluge Ability allows the player to attach multiple Water Energy cards in a single turn. This powers up Keldeo-EX and its Secret Sword attack, which becomes increasingly dangerous as more Water Energy is attached.

The deck also features competitive Pokémon such as Shaymin-EX, Jirachi-EX, Articuno, Mewtwo-EX, Wailord-EX, and Exeggcute, supported by a highly efficient Trainer engine featuring Superior Energy Retrieval, Battle Compressor, VS Seeker, Ultra Ball, Trainers' Mail, and Rough Seas.
