These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CCGCastle.com, including customer accounts, purchases, preorders, Rewards Coins, Buy List submissions, and other services offered through the website.

CCGCastle.com is operated by CCGCastle, LLC ("CCGCastle," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 2 Craftsman Road, East Windsor, Connecticut.

By accessing the website, creating an account, placing an order, submitting a Buy List order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Eligibility and Customer Accounts

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to make a purchase or submit a Buy List order. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use CCGCastle.com only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current account, billing, shipping, and contact information. You are also responsible for protecting your account password and for activity occurring through your account.

Please contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts involved in suspected fraud, abuse, unauthorized activity, violations of these Terms, or misuse of our promotions or Rewards Coins program.

2. Products and Product Information

CCGCastle sells authentic trading cards, collectibles, games, toys, gaming supplies, and related products. Unless otherwise stated in the product description, sealed retail products are sold as new and unopened.

We make reasonable efforts to display product names, descriptions, images, prices, availability, conditions, and other information accurately. Product images may be representative, and packaging, promotional markings, language, artwork, or other manufacturer-controlled details may vary from the images shown.

For individual trading cards, we aim to sell cards in Near Mint condition unless another condition is specifically identified. Because card grading involves reasonable judgment, slight variations may occur, including cards that fall within the upper range of Lightly Played condition. We generally use TCGplayer card-condition standards when evaluating individual cards.

All product names, game names, characters, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on CCGCastle.com does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation unless expressly stated.

3. Orders and Order Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. An automated order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order but does not guarantee final acceptance or shipment.

We reserve the right to decline, limit, hold, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

• Incorrect pricing, product information, or inventory availability.
• Suspected fraud, unauthorized payment, or unusual account activity.
• Quantity limits, manufacturer allocations, or product shortages.
• Orders placed for unauthorized resale, market manipulation, or promotional abuse.
• Shipping restrictions, export limitations, or an inability to deliver to the supplied address.
• Violations of these Terms or another applicable CCGCastle policy.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate promptly regarding material pricing, inventory, payment, or fulfillment concerns.

4. Pricing, Inventory, and Errors

Prices, promotions, product availability, and purchase limits may change without notice. Products may become unavailable even after an order is submitted, particularly during high-demand releases or when manufacturer allocations are limited.

Although we work to keep our pricing and inventory accurate, errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct typographical, pricing, inventory, product-description, discount, Rewards Coins, or technical errors and to cancel or adjust affected transactions where permitted by law.

If a correction materially changes an order, we will attempt to contact you before proceeding. We are not required to honor a price that is clearly erroneous, the result of a technical malfunction, or inconsistent with the reasonably understood value of the product.

5. Payments

We accept major credit cards and PayPal through the payment methods displayed during checkout. Payment is charged when the order is placed unless the checkout page expressly states otherwise.

You represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize us and our payment providers to charge the total displayed at checkout, including applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other disclosed fees.

If a payment is declined, reversed, disputed, identified as unauthorized, or otherwise cannot be completed, we may hold or cancel the order and suspend related account activity while the issue is reviewed.

Payment information is handled by third-party payment processors. CCGCastle does not store your complete payment-card number, card security code, or PayPal login credentials.

6. Preorders

Preorders are charged when the order is placed. Manufacturer release dates and our estimated shipping dates are provided in good faith but are estimates and may change.

Preorder timing may be affected by manufacturer delays, distributor schedules, product allocations, transportation issues, release-date changes, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will ship preorder products as close to the applicable release date as reasonably possible.

Submitting a preorder does not guarantee that the manufacturer or distributor will supply the full quantity requested. If an allocation, cancellation, pricing error, or other issue prevents us from fulfilling all or part of a preorder, we may reduce quantities or cancel the affected item and issue an appropriate refund.

If a preorder or other order is materially delayed, we will provide any notice, cancellation opportunity, or refund required by applicable law. When an order includes products with different release dates, we may hold the order until all products are available or ship it in multiple packages at our discretion.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to most countries worldwide, except for certain destinations that may be unavailable due to carrier restrictions, legal requirements, fraud risk, sanctions, regional conditions, or other operational concerns.

In-stock orders are generally processed within 24 hours on business days. Processing estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates and may be affected by holidays, high-volume releases, payment verification, severe weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping charges or delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility.

For international orders, the customer is responsible for complying with local import requirements and for paying applicable customs duties, tariffs, taxes, brokerage charges, and other fees assessed by the destination country or carrier. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge collected by CCGCastle unless expressly stated during checkout.

If a package shipped to a legitimate address using a legitimate payment method is lost in transit, please contact us promptly. We will work with you and the carrier to investigate the shipment and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement or reimbursement. Customers may be required to cooperate with carrier claims, payment-provider investigations, address verification, or other reasonable loss-prevention procedures.

8. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 14-day return period for eligible products. To qualify, a return must be requested within 14 days after delivery, and the product must remain unopened, unused, unsealed, undamaged, and in its original condition and packaging.

Opened, used, unsealed, altered, or customer-damaged products are not eligible for return. This restriction is especially important for trading-card products, randomized products, collectibles, and other items whose contents, condition, or market value may change after opening.

Returns may require prior authorization and are subject to inspection. Approved refunds will be issued after the returned product is received and confirmed to meet the return requirements. Refunds are generally issued to the original payment method.

Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be waived, including rights relating to products that were materially incorrect, defective, or damaged before delivery.

9. Order Cancellations

You may request an order cancellation by contacting us, but cancellation is not guaranteed once payment processing, order preparation, packaging, or shipment has begun.

We reserve the right to apply a reasonable cancellation or restocking fee when appropriate and permitted by law, including when an order has already required significant processing or fulfillment work. Any applicable fee will be considered based on the circumstances of the cancellation.

A cancellation or restocking fee will not be used to avoid a refund that is required by applicable law, including a refund required because we cannot ship an order within the applicable timeframe.

10. Rewards Coins

Registered customers may earn Rewards Coins on eligible purchases. The current standard earning rate is 2% of the eligible purchase amount, although exclusions or promotional rates may apply as described on the Rewards Program page or during checkout.

Rewards Coins may be redeemed during checkout on qualifying future purchases. Coins are promotional store rewards, have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may not be transferred between accounts.

We may correct Coin balances affected by refunds, canceled orders, chargebacks, duplicate credits, technical errors, fraud, or misuse. Coins earned from an order may be removed if the associated order is returned, canceled, refunded, reversed, or determined to be ineligible.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Rewards Coins program prospectively, subject to applicable law. Additional program details and restrictions may appear on the Rewards Program page.

11. Promotions, Coupons, and Purchase Limits

Promotional offers, coupon codes, discounts, free-shipping offers, and other benefits are subject to the terms displayed with the promotion. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined, transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied retroactively.

We may limit promotional offers to one per customer, household, payment method, shipping address, or account. We reserve the right to cancel discounts, orders, Coins, or accounts associated with duplicate accounts, automated activity, unauthorized resale, manipulation, or other promotional abuse.

12. Acceptable Use of the Website

You may use CCGCastle.com only for lawful personal or commercial shopping purposes consistent with these Terms. You may not:

• Use the website for fraud, unlawful activity, or unauthorized transactions.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to an account, server, database, or website feature.
• Interfere with website security, operation, checkout, inventory, pricing, or availability.
• Use bots, scripts, scraping tools, automated purchasing systems, or similar technology without our written permission.
• Copy, reproduce, republish, sell, or commercially exploit website content without authorization.
• Upload malicious code or attempt to reverse engineer website software.
• Impersonate another person or provide false account, payment, shipping, or Buy List information.
• Use the website in a manner that infringes the rights of CCGCastle or any third party.

We may restrict or terminate access to the website when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or that continued access creates a security, fraud, legal, or operational risk.

13. Website Content and Intellectual Property

The website and its original text, graphics, logos, design elements, databases, organization, software, and other content are owned by or licensed to CCGCastle and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view and use the website for its intended shopping and account-management purposes. No ownership rights are transferred to you, and no other use is permitted without our prior written authorization.

14. Third-Party Services and Links

CCGCastle.com may contain links to or integrations with payment providers, shipping carriers, social-media platforms, analytics providers, and other third-party services.

We do not control third-party websites or services and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service may be governed by that provider's own terms and policies.

15. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CCGCastle.com and its website services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.

Except for express promises made in these Terms, an applicable product listing, a manufacturer warranty, or rights that cannot legally be excluded, CCGCastle disclaims warranties arising from the use of the website, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

Manufacturer warranties, if any, are provided by the applicable manufacturer and may be subject to separate terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CCGCastle and its owners, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the website, an order, a product, or these Terms, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of business opportunity.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CCGCastle's total liability relating to a product or transaction will not exceed the amount you paid to CCGCastle for the product or transaction giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded. Some jurisdictions provide consumers with rights that override portions of this section.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

Before beginning a formal dispute, we encourage you to contact us so that we can attempt to resolve the issue quickly and fairly.

These Terms and any dispute relating to CCGCastle.com are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal proceeding must be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Connecticut, except where applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

Nothing in these Terms deprives a consumer of protections that cannot be waived under the laws of the jurisdiction where the consumer resides.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our website, services, policies, business practices, or legal obligations. The "Last Updated" date will identify the most recent version.

Changes apply prospectively when posted unless another effective date is stated or applicable law requires additional notice. Your continued use of the website after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

19. General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect, and the affected provision will be enforced to the maximum extent legally permitted.

Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional policies or terms displayed for a particular service, constitute the agreement between you and CCGCastle concerning your use of the website.

BuyList Terms and Conditions

1. What Is a BuyList?

The Buy List feature on our site allows you to sell us items that we've indicated we're looking to purchase. You can either enter “Buy List Mode” on the website ( see link below ), or you can navigate to the item page that you want to sell to us, and click the “Sell us Yours” button to add it to your Sell Cart!

2. How does it work?

We have provided a ‘Buy List' feature for our site that allows you to choose applicable items and indicate you'd like to sell them to us. You can have the site only show you Buy List Items, or can use the "Sell" button when browsing the site normally. This will add items to your Buy List Cart. Make sure to only add the items you actually have! Once you've added all the items you want to sell to us, you can submit your Buy List Order, print it out, pack everything up and send it to us! We will review everything and if it looks good we'll send you a payment, or give you Reward Coins for everything we've accepted! Please read the specific terms below to make sure what you are sending is correct. The process is SIMPLE, EASY & FAST, and we pay out Store Credit immediately, and cash payments weekly!

3. Terms and Conditions

These terms are very important. Please make sure you read them BEFORE sending us any cards!

1. All cards must be in English, unplayed, near mint or mint condition when they arrive to us. Cards not received in such condition will be rejected and returned.

2. CCGCastle reserves the right to cancel, reject or return any or all items in a buy list order for ANY reason. This includes items that may be mis-priced, market pricing fluctuations, or changes in our needs. Any items that need to be returned to you for any reason other than the condition, will be at our cost. If cards are received damaged or not in acceptable buy list condition, the return postage will be taken out of your payout of cash or store credit.

3. Please make sure that the cards you send us are in the EXACT order listed on your Buy List print page. Do not send them in alphabetical order, or in no order at all - match it up exactly with the buy list printout. If we have to sort through your entire collection or submission, a processing fee WILL apply.

4. You are 100% responsible for getting the cards to our facility. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or mis-delivered packages. We highly recommend using a Priority Mail or UPS/Fedex service with signature and/or Insurance, especially for larger value orders. Please pack your items very well. Plastic sleeves or top loaders are only recommended for high value cards. Please do NOT sleeve low value cards. We have to remove all sleeves to inspect the cards, so please do not send us bulk or hundreds of cards all in sleeves. We reserve the right to add a processing fee if the removal is excessive. Avoid using any rubber bands, paper clips, any excessive amounts of tape, or any other shipping method that will damage the cards. They should be packaged tightly in boxes or deck holders if possible.

5. As part of the Buy List checkout process you are allowed to choose from a few different payment options including but not limited to PayPal and CCGCastle Coins (aka store credit). If your order is accepted, in part or in full, we will attempt to issue payment via the requested method.

6. When we receive your order, we will process it in full, and notify you of the outcome via order notes on your account. Please refrain from emailing daily to check on the status. If the order shows delivered to us, you can expect it to be processed within the business week under normal business conditions.

If your shipping system requires a Suite # - use 13 or 9, it makes no difference, there are no actual suite numbers here.

It is extremely important that you include a complete printout of your buy list order, from the website, INSIDE the package, so we know who to pay. Orders received without this may experience delays in processing.

8. We will review and process your order within 2-5 business days after receiving it in the mail.

9. Orders not postmarked or shipped to us within 7 days, or received within 30 days of the order submission, may be canceled and cards will be returned at your expense. Please do not submit the order unless you are ready to ship us the cards!

By submitting a Buy List Order to us, you are agreeing to honor, and be bound by, all the terms and conditions set forth on the site.
