Star Wars CCG

Like the other Decipher Inc games, the first set was just Premiere. Produced in a Black Border limited edition version and later a white border Unlimited Edition, it included all the great main characters from the Star Wars Universe such as Luke Skywalker, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Leia Organa, Han Solo, Darth Vader, Grand Moff Tarkin, Devastator, and more! A huge first set added plenty of options for players to begin collecting and playing with! Soon after that came the set A New Hope which focused on the building and destruction of the mighty Death Star! Pilots like Wedge Antillies, the mighty Chewbacca, and everyone’s favorite, R2-D2, came crashing into the scene with this set. Hoth brought the battle to the chilly ice planet, with Commander Luke Skywalker, AT-AT Walkers, and even the Wampa! More great sets and characters were added in Jabba’s Palace & Cloud City, such as Jabba the Hutt, Sergeant Dollayn, The tattooine desert locations, Cloud City and Landro Calrissisan himself! A special set was produced just when the new Special Edition movies came out, with extra footage and added lore! A brand new, badder version of Darth Vader was released as well, Darth Vader, Dark Lord of the Sith! Endor and Death Star II were some of the more powerful sets, with all new allies and starships and even some new mechanics to play! This game was so popular, that it saw THREE series of Reflections Sets released, with all new foil parallels, and even a full new mini set of cards in each one, including characters and starships from the Expanded Universe books of Star Wars! Once The Phantom Menace came out, the game took another turn, and released the last three prequel sets of the game - Tatooine, Coruscant and Theed Palace - adding a whole new twist and new characters such as Anakin Skywalker, Qui-Gon Jinn, Darth Maul, Padme, Watto, Sebulba, Mace Windu, and more of the great jedi and sith characters from these movies!
